Overview

This document describes how to access the Advanced Analytics capabilities within CAM.

Prerequisites

Access into Cloud Application Manager with a valid email address
Access to a workspace with a Lumen optimized AWS account added as a 'Provider'
Web browser pop-ups are allowed from 'analytics.cam.ctl.io'

Steps

Log into Cloud Application Manager
From the 'Sites' menu select 'Analytics'
From the Analytics site's navigation menu choose 'Advanced Analytics'
Click 'Sign In'

Please submit a support ticket if you experience any challenges with gaining access.

For any account your user has been associated with you will be able to view the same data described above, plus additional functionality including but not limited to the following, with a variety of filters

Lumen Edge Services Accelerate data and applications for next-gen workloads via ultra-low latency connectivity and distributed compute.

Cloud Management Cloud management options meeting a full spectrum of needs. From fully-managed by Lumen to self-service by the customer, as appropriate for the workload.

Platforms Build out simple or complex solutions from your choice of Hybrid IT Platforms, suitable for everything from DevOps and Testing Environments to Enterprise Computing.

Servers Embark on a hybrid IT journey with your choice of Public Cloud, Bare Metal and Private Cloud Servers.

Storage & Backup Everything you need to support your cloud storage and business continuity requirements.

Content Delivery Network Maximize performance and user experience when high performance is essential.

Networking Increased reliability and faster performance in the cloud and across Hybrid IT environments.

Security A broad array of managed security options layered to defend Cloud/Hosting workloads.

Managed Services Save time and increase productivity with IT management services from Lumen’s highly-skilled teams.

Application Services Manage and provision faster and more efficiently.
